Tor Ton is a small town that has inexplicably grown under Flint's rule.

There seems to be little excuse for the existance of Tor Ton. Sitting on the end of a ridge of hills and moorland with an ancient forest and the river that winds its way to Biddies Ford down steep slopes below.

It has no buildings except round houses. Not a single building is made of stone. Somehow the place thrives.
