Sal's Comb was a small fishing village of about a dozen huts. Then the Romanovs discovered it and its deep waters. Large ships can be moored directly next to the docks and the waters are sheltered, if a little tricky to navigate.

The steep cliffs and hillsides allow little room for buildings so only the long dock warehouse and the fishing huts are down by the water. Crews stay in the huts that nestle on the few level places on the hillside or crowd together on Cliff Shelf near the inn. The Briney Inn itself is part building and part cave. It has been dug into the side of the cliff and rumour has it that its owner, a dwarf, is still extending it!
