New Ton is a small market village just starting to expand now that a wonderful invention, the water mill, has been built and is working. The mill is run by a hobbit but was designed by a gnome.

The Two House Inn is really a tavern on one side of the road and a guesthouse on the other. It is run by a retires warrior and his wife. Stories, that he denies, have it that he killed a dragon and bought the Inn with the rewqard he got.
