Once Dart Mouth was a little fishing village and a couple of farms. The Romanovs harsh rule has made the area both safe from raiders and robbers so new farms are springing up and a small boat building industry has started. With ships docking from Lyonesse and Espaniol the rather unique triangular market often has rare goods to sell.

The Island Inn between the docks and the market is run by Nietri Seliov. Loud and harsh, forbidding with his wooden leg and eye patch. The Inn is loud and often rough but a sort of order is kept by the two trolls Nietri has in his pay. Those wanting a quieter time and a really good meal should to to the River Inn where Sam and Sally, hobbits, provide a good beer.
